Oh, the days of spending 7 euro on a beautiful filling wrap. He actually has some of my absolute favorite foods. My fave: the chicken avocado wrap. Makan is not only a place where you grab a bite, it ends up being a community. My class would head there after our courses; we would talk, laugh, and of course, eat good food. Anyways today I spoke with Alex about his upbringing, the process behind opening a successful "restaurant," marketing, and friendships.
