Positivity With Julie McCall

Dan speaks with Julie McCall from her home in Cork, Ireland, about ‘positivity’. Julie is an executive coach, business owner and university lecturer in Positive Psychology at the University College Cork. She is also a facilitator-assessor in the Cappfinity Strengths Profile diagnostic tool. 
  
Julie shares her knowledge, experience and stories from her early years to more recent times where she has found passion and purpose in her career. We also learn about Julie's love for running and how she has introduced movement into her coaching practice - Fully Charged.       

Julie takes us through Martin Seligman’s Five Steps to Well-being, and shares many other key influencers in her life. She explains what it means to live a positive life, and shares the benefits of playing to your strengths in life and career.
