MEDITATION - Please enjoy this episode in a reflective and quiet place of your choosing (eg not while driving).

This episode is different. Initially a dictation to prepare a blog post it turned out instead to be a meditation of sorts. Hard to explain unless you listen. You may or may not be open to this. I share anyway so that those who are ready can enjoy. The focus as is evident in the title is about breath and your overall sense of energy.
