Have things ever looked bleaker at Reading FC? The club has been issued with a winding up petition from HMRC. Since relegation at the start of May we've not heard anything from anyone inside the club. The owner, Dai Yongge is coming under increasing pressure to see, but where do you find a billionaire who wants to pump millions into League One Reading?
