\\nWhen client relationships go south, normally that starts with a trigger event - client expectation is missed, didn\'t make a delivery on time of critical components, or any other trigger events. From your customer\'s perspective, their trust has been betrayed because they didn\'t get what they expected, which is going to cause a challenge. Assess what went wrong, communicate with your client and focus on aligning with them emotionally. Create an opportunity for them to be heard and rebuild the trust.
