Elias Demourtzidis Biographical Interview
We checked in with a member of Adelaide United’s inaugural squad during the NSL era, Elias Demourtzidis, for a live show at the brand new facilities of the Adelaide Comets, where Elias is a current assistant coach to the Senior Men's team in the SA NPL. In this segment, Elias discusses his memories from playing for Adelaide United during our foundation season, and how his career has since unfolded. Alongside Elias for this episode is Dimitri Panagis, the most familiar face you're ever likely to come across in the South Australian football community. Dimitri reflects on witnessing the progression of a former United striker, Apostolos Stamatelopoulos, as he rose through the ranks as a junior at Adelaide Comets. Dimi and Elias also both chime in to give their opinions on how Adelaide United would go on to fare against Melbourne City in Round 25 of the 2018/19 season.
