On the first episode of one of our newest shows, The W Show, Lis brings on our new favorite Scouser, Sarah Brady, head coach of AC Connecticut. Lis and Sarah talk about Sarah's life growing up around football in Liverpool since the age of 2 and how it brought her to the US and more specifically, AC Connecticut. They also talk about building a pipeline of talent that wants to stay with your academy, what ACC is doing right in that regard, and how USL has been amazing in creating infrastructure to ensure their new teams are successful.
