Burn out is really real but so is your WHY.\\xa0 In fact, your why is GREATER.\\xa0 Sometimes we just lose sight and we have to refocus.\\xa0 That is one of the reasons we say Willed Wednesday instead of hump day.\\xa0 We are not just trying to get over the hump, we are IMPACTING! Don't ever loose sight of that. And the best thing of all, remember how valuable you are to the field.\\xa0 We need you, not want you, BUT NEED YOU! You are amazing and a valuable commodity to the lives of others.\\xa0 So bring those dreams and goals back into focus.\\xa0 You got this!\\xa0 You are ordained for this very reason!\\xa0
