On today\\u2019s episode, we share three tips from a young boy, Caden Harris.\\xa0 He is the author of a book for children entitled, Caden\\u2019s Rich Kid Guide, Tips to Earn 10K Under 10 Years Old. While this book teaches valuable financial lessons, as a coach and consultant, I gleaned some things that adults can take away.\\xa0 In his conclusion, Caden shares several advice tips.\\xa0 There are three that I extrapolated from it that we can use as educators.\\xa0 Make sure you place these in your toolbox:\\xa0
1.\\xa0 \\xa0 If you are not failing enough, your challenges are too easy for you.
2.\\xa0 \\xa0 A best practice suggestion is to step away from the challenge and give it some space for a few hours or a day. Then return to take it on.
3.\\xa0 \\xa0 Always add value to others and never be the person that takes from other people but don\\u2019t give anything back.\\xa0 \\xa0 \\xa0
