How are we doing? It\\u2019s check in time.
In this episode we discuss the importance of taking care of yourself. As servers of people we sometimes have the tendency to be so busy helping others that we often forget to take care of self.
There is no surprise that February and March can be a rough months for some educators. As educators, we start feeling more stressed or burned out, especially those of us in high demanding areas or subjects. For example, if you work with students with behavioral challenges this can take a toil on you. So know this and be forward thinking. Let\\u2019s prepare ourselves for it up front by using a strategy.\\xa0 I use SWOT to help me with my life goals as well as my educational career.\\xa0 SWOT stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
