The chips continue to fall after last month’s massive power collapse in Texas. In the state, local officials are investigating the causes of the failure that led to dozens of deaths, while many of the energy supervisors have either resigned or been removed from their offices. And in Congress, while two House committees are leading their own investigations, Texas representatives are starting to debate how much should the federal government get involved.
