Negotiators met at the COP 25 summit in Madrid to iron out global policy that was pending since the Paris Climate Agreement was signed in 2015. Now, more than two weeks later, they return home with little to show. Also, all the Democratic presidential candidates talk about their climate policy proposals, but few have talked about the federal commission that could stop many of their efforts.
