Key PFAS regulations are out of the defense budget.

After months of negotiations, the House will vote on its version of the National Defense Authorization Act, which will not include some key provisions related to PFAS regulations. But House Democrats say this does not mean that the push for these regulations is over. Plus, the EPA’s watchdog ends a probe on Ryan Jackson, the agency’s chief of staff.
