Arguments on superfund sites get to the Supreme Court

The Supreme Court will hear arguments in a lawsuit involving Montana residents and a company responsible for contaminating a superfund site. At issue is whether neighbors of the Anaconda superfund site can sue for more cleanup than the EPA requires.
