Two ALPI members Omar Memisevic (Platform for Progress) and Malik Sakic (Our Party) launched ALPI podcast in December 2019 as their cross-party initiative. Memisevic and Sakic decided to use a podcast as an innovative communication tool in Bosnia and Herzegovina to reach out to Bosnian youth and bring politics and political issues closer to them through weekly episodes focusing on the most current events in BiH. The podcast, titled The political week in Bosnia and Herzegovina, airs on eight different platforms. Since its launch a couple of months ago it records an everyday increase in audience from not only BiH but also the Western Balkans and the world (particularly the countries with a strong presence of BiH diaspora). The podcast has already caught media attention and Memisevic and Sakic have done interviews for BiH media that has shown a great interest in this new communication form
