Remember the last disagreement you had. Maybe it was with a family member, co-worker, neighbor, or companion. How did you feel? What words did you use? How long did it affect you? 

This week, we discuss how to approach conflict. Our world is filled with conflict! There is nothing more frustrating and disheartening than being in conflict with someone. This impacts the way we see the world, other people, and even ourselves. 

It is our second nature to always try to be right, but there can be negative consequences when we handle disagreements in a poor way. Conflict is inevitable, but having the right mindset and tools to overcome it will be a game-changer!
