This week, we discuss the boundaries we set with our personal selves! It is crucial to set boundaries in the areas that influence our well-being to make sure we are treating ourselves with love and care. Areas like work, family, and relationships. If we don’t set boundaries, we will experience consequences and be affected for a longer period of time. 

When people normally think about setting limits or saying no, they might initially associate the meaning with a negative connotation. However, setting healthy boundaries can lead to enjoying our work and relationships much more

Trusting your self-intuition is the very first step to being able to successfully set boundaries. This will take practice - as does everything good and healthy! We hope this podcast challenges you to think about the boundaries you need to set in your life.
