This week’s topic is Holding Space! What does holding space really mean? Being able to sit with someone and remain a constant during a season of life without imposing opinions or judgment, is what we mean by holding space. Having a friend, partner, or family member let you cry, vent, or complain while supporting you through the process and letting you feel safe to be yourself.

Life gives us so many different situations which spur on different emotions - the comfortable and the uncomfortable. Holding space requires the ability to sit and feel these emotions, not trying to fix or change them. It is in moments like these where we must use wisdom and intuition to do the right thing!
