SuperCast announced $2M dollar in seed funding and the company\\u2019s new CEO. SuperCast is a new membership platform for podcasters that promises to be more user friendly by eliminating the middle man. We\\u2019ll be for sure checking them out.

James Cridland, the editor of Podnews, shared on one of the Facebook groups for podcasters how he was glad he had trademarked the name Podnews after he had an issue with somebody using the same name for their podcast. He recommends podcasters to trademark their podcast in the U.S. We should all get our intellectual properties in order.
