MON 2 NOV: Australia Post CEO resigns

Despite sounding defiant last week, the CEO of Australia Post Christine Holgate has resigned over the gifting of four Cartier watches to senior executives, a move she now says doesn't pass the pub test. The announcement came on the same day as the Federal government released draft legislation to establish a national integrity commission.
