Published: April 19, 2016, 2:35 p.m.

With the FA Cup semi-finals coming up this weekend we talk to a past FA Cup winner, Cyril Regis, who helped Coventry City win the trophy in 1987. He talks about his experience of racism in football and why his faith as follower of Jesus Christ is more important than his FA Cup winners' medal. Our series on the history of the modern Olympic era reaches 1956 when the Games were held in Melbourne. We talk to two of the athletes from those Games, Irish sprinter Maeve Kyle and British high jumper, Dorothy Tyler.
