Ahead of the Olympic Games in Rio we visit a project in the city that uses futsal to offer hope and a safe environment to young people living in what can sometimes be violent communities. We hear from South Africa's 400 metres World Champion Wayde van Niekerk who last week completed a remarkable treble of running the 100 metres in under 10 seconds, the 200m in under 20 seconds and the 400m in under 44 seconds.
