Some of the most popular sites on the web, like Facebook, MySpace, YouTube, and Wikipedia, are crowdsourced — all that content is contributed by unpaid volunteers.
So why did the CIA invest $12.7 million in Facebook through its venture capital firm, In-Q-Tel?
