ANOTHER ALLEGED chemical attack in Syria has killed dozens of people, possibly 75 or more. President Trump has already tweeted his belief that the regime of "Animal Assad" and his Russian allies are responsible. The question is why Assad would do such a thing a week after Trump announced American troops would withdraw from his country?
