Here\'s a great way to get your brain working in the morning!  I believe that the physical impacts the spiritual and the mental. A lot of people start their days of sluggish and gripe all the way to work and throughout the day. Don\'t be one of those people. Be excited to be at work. A great way to get your energy level up is by doing a little physical activity to get the day going. Something as simple as 20 push-ups can make all the difference.
