Chief Simmons joins the Pensacola Morning News to discuss the ceremony yesterday to honor the deputies involved in taking down the NAS Pensacola shooter on December 6th, 2019, the shooting death at Oakwood Terrace that took the life of an 18-year old rapper on Saturday and the search for two individuals wanted for murder, another man getting shot in the chest on Monday evening, Chief Simmons being an advocate for the Escambia Children's Trust Fund,
