Karnit Mandel, a documentarian who specializes in archival work, talks about her new film, \\u201cShalal: A Reel War,\\u201d which was recently aired on aired on Israel\\u2019s Hot 8 cable TV channel which co-produced it with Israel\'s New Fund for Cinema and Television.
Mandel\\u2019s documentary examines the audiovisual material that was part of the Palestinian Liberation Organization\\u2019s archive in Beirut and was confiscated by the Israeli military during the 1982 Lebanon War.
