I love his energy. He comes from a big family and had to work his way up, every step of the way.\\xa0 Sound familiar?

He assures us that crap can be, and is, fertilizer.\\xa0 You\'ll have to listen in to see what he means.

Oscar recommends, if we want to shake it up, achieve more, get more satisfaction, that we may need to change our sphere of influence. What is that? The people who are influencing you regularly.

Surround yourself with better people who are making you think and grow.\\xa0 People who challenge you to do better will help you become better.

And he encourages us to taste opportunity now.\\xa0 Right now.

Just try.

Like Oscar explained, and if you\'re a really good parent or mentor, you\'ve said it a thousand times, you don\'t know until you try,

Try something different. Try something new, try a new question or conversation.\\xa0 You could be pleasantly surprised.\\xa0 You will more than likely, be pleasantly surprised.

So get out there and try. As the famous quote from the movie Shawshank Redemption goes: "Get busy living, or get busy dying".
