b'News broke that classified documents were found in a closet at the Penn Biden Center, linked to Joe Biden, in November before the 2022 election. Biden\\u2019s lawyers say they found the government materials in November while closing out a Washington, DC-based office \\u2013 the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement \\u2013 that Biden used as part of his relationship with the University of Pennsylvania, where he was an honorary professor from 2017 to 2019. The Ivy League college raked in a total of $54.6 million from 2014 through June 2019 in donations from China, including $23.1 million in anonymous gifts starting in 2016. Most of the anonymous donations came after the university announced in February 2017 that it would create the Penn Biden Center . Joe Biden, whose term as vice president had just ended, was to lead the center.
