The President of the Federated States of Micronesia has warned states in the northern Pacific are set to quit the Pacific Island Forum. The threat is fallout from the election of Henry Puna to the region's peak diplomatic post, a move that the Micronesian bloc claim breaks a gentlemen's agreement.
