b'Oregon Governor Kate Brown signed a new executive order today that will lift all remaining COVID-19 health and safety restrictions once 70 percent of Oregonians 18 and older have received at least one dose of a vaccine, or on Wednesday, June 30th - whichever comes soonest.'
