\\nI truly believe that Ushma came into mine as the embodiment of COURAGE. A feeling, a place of power, and an act of self-love that I was running away from for the longest time... until she poured her heart open, showed me the beauty of speaking your truth, and being fully vulnerable, allowing for the space for me to unfold.
\\nEver since I have met her, I have grown immensely, and feel truly blessed by her presence and support in my journey. This episode is the celebration of this incredible being in my life, and how her love has allowed me to create my own freedom. Thank you for holding me tight when it felt like I was falling apart. Thank you for shining your light, leading by example and showing me that there truly is another way.
