This feeling just doesn\\u2019t affect new managers. Even experienced team leaders feel that they \\u201cshould have known more\\u201d about a rule or a system. The job is hard and requires not only multi-tasking but still keeping track of many other items. In this two-part topic I\\u2019ll go over how a new manager could keep this guilt at bay by focusing on immediate concerns. For my experienced managers, we\\u2019ll also talk about goal setting to avoid burnout.\\xa0
