Nissar is the founder of Career Metis, which is the platform he created to help empower freelancers and entrepreneurs and take their careers to the next level. After having to move back into his parents house in his thirties, he hit the ground running and built this publication. It started with him being the only writer, and gradually people started to take notice and request to become contributors themselves. Nissar and his friends credit his success to his consistent persistence.\\xa0
He also talks about the importance of working hard and dedication to what you do, whether you\'re an entrepreneur or not. He defines success as something that is consistently changing and not a "finish line" so-to-speak.\\xa0
