Eating meat regularly could increase your risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, pneumonia and other serious illnesses. That’s according to new research from Oxford University in the UK.  To discuss this research results we were joined on the show by Dr Keren Papier, Nutritional Epidemiologist from the Nuffield Department of Population Health at the University of Oxford who was lead author on this study.
