Chaos As Irish Truckers Locked Out Of France

From 11pm last night drivers transporting goods by ship from Ireland to France had to provide a negative Covid test before travelling. However, Irish hauliers faced major disruption as Government did not have Covid testing at ports up and running in time. For more on this we heard from  Eugene Drennan, President of the Irish Road Haulage Association.
