Russia and China block US call for Gaza ceasefire

Russia and China have vetoed a draft resolution put forward by the United States at the UN Security Council calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, linked to the release of hostages. Russia's ambassador called the US move a hypocritical initiative.
More than 13,000 children have been killed in Gaza since Israel\\u2019s bombardment, there, began five months ago, according to UNICEF. Since then, many children in Gaza have lost their entire families, in Israeli attacks. We hear the story of one little girl, Alma, who lost her family.
