Washington: We look forward to continuing cooperation with our Iraqi partners

The US administration affirmed its aspiration to continue cooperation with its partners in Iraq during 2022, while expressing its pride in what it has accomplished with the federal government during the cooperation between them in several areas.  

The US Embassy in Baghdad said in a statement that the United States, as the largest donor of humanitarian assistance and assistance aimed at achieving stability and development in Iraq, has demonstrated its commitment to the Iraqi people by providing more than three billion dollars in humanitarian assistance since the year two thousand and fourteen.

 She indicated that Washington has contributed more than sixty million dollars to support Iraq in combating the Corona crisis, and more than forty million dollars since the year two thousand and three to help preserve Iraq's cultural heritage.
