You are not your Habits

Habits are what stop us from moving forward in our lives. Period. I wasn’t even aware of all of my habits, and you might not be either and that’s okay.  I’m so glad that you are here to listen to this episode.  Habits are not just what we eat or not, it is a way that we think, that we talk to ourselves, that we resist certain things.  In this episode we talk about habits that no longer serve us including perfectionism, fear, anxiety, and drinking too much alcohol and how you can work with them and overcome them for good.
