Surrender

In today's guided meditation practice we are focusing on surrendering to what we can't control, and leaning into what we can. Through this practice we are listening to the voice of worry, fear, doubt, and pain as way to move forward. We are hearing our thoughts within, and releasing the chatter to create peace in our minds. We are using the mantra, "I surrender" to recenter ourselves back to what we can control and our purpose.
