Stop Apologizing for Being You

Today's practice is focused on tapping into our strength, and releasing the limitations that have been placed upon us. We are using the mantras, "I am proud of who I am" "I will not apologize for being myself" and "I accept every part of me." Through this practice we are honoring ourselves, and  the greatness we carry within. We are opening ourselves up to new possibility, and potential as we release any doubt and fear.
