Solar Plexus Chakra Opening
In today's meditation practice we are focusing on opening the solar plexus chakra. We are using a visualization to connect with our inner power, and the fire that lives within us. Through this practice we are opening, and expanding while exploring our power. We are using the mantra, "I stand in my power."
