Self Love and Compassion

In today's practice we are taking inventory of our inner conversations, and checking in with the tone that we are using. We are releasing any negative inner chatter, and creating a more respectful space through mantra work. We are giving ourselves love, and compassion through kind words and messages. As we do this we are redirecting the mind to a positive, and peaceful way of speaking internally.
