Restoring With Sunlight

This morning's meditation practice is focused on restoring through a guided visualization. We are using the energy of sunlight to restore balance, and peace in the body and mind. Through this practice we are connecting with our inner child, or a lighter self to guide us to a joyful memory. We are using that energy to create space, and love within.
