Restoring Balance Within

In today's guided meditation practice we are focusing on balance in the body, and mind. We are reflecting on, and exploring the idea of balance. We are embracing the moments as they come, leaning into joy and fun, and staying present to restore ourselves to a place of balance. We are releasing what we can't control, and letting go of worry. Our mantra today is, "I am restored to a place of balance."
