Releasing With Supportive Energy

In today's meditation practice we are focusing on a few things we've been holding onto like stressors, worries, doubts, and fears. We are investigating why we've been holding this, and the effects it's had on our bodies and minds. We are then acknowledging the pain, and hardship this holding has caused instead of pushing it away or denying its impact. Finally we are collectively releasing, and letting go to create positive space.
