Patience as Your Compass

In this guided meditation practice we are focusing on patience as a compass, and guide in our lives. We are reflecting on what requires us to be patient today, and taking inventory of the emotions surrounding the situation or experience. Through this work we are reminding ourselves that emotions are temporary, and our situations are often temporary as well. We are shifting a state of stress, and worry back into alignment with peace. We are sharing a message of comfort within, and trusting in our path forward. We are using the mantra, "I honor my path forward. I allow patience to be my compass."
