Magic of Life

In this meditation practice we are focusing on the magic in everyday life, and connecting with the beauty around us. We are using this practice to lean into gratitude, and slow down. As we root ourselves into the present we can see the world around us more clearly, and with intention. Magic is  in the mundane, and the ordinary - taking this pause to appreciate it.
