I Am Deserving

In this meditation practice we are connecting with the root chakra, and reflecting on our basic needs. We are checking in with ourselves through the energy of the root chakra space. We are asking ourselves questions about stability, stress, anxiety, and answering with honesty so that we can better support our bodies, and minds. Our mantra is, "I am deserving" as we realign with a sense of protectiveness for ourselves.
