Heart Chakra Opening

In today's meditation practice we are opening the heart chakra, and restoring balance in the body and mind. Through a series of mantras, "I love myself. I accept myself. I have compassion for myself. I forgive myself," we are aligning with love for ourselves. This practice is focused on opening ourselves up to love, and creating a deeper connection within.
